SharePoint Integrated mode versus Native Mode

I am upgrading our SharePoint environment to Foundation 2010, and I would like to incorporate SSRS into SharePoint. Today, we are using SSRS in native mode.

I have researched the instructions for setting up reporting services in SharePoint Integrated mode, and understand that I will have to create a new reportServer database that is in SharePoint integrated mode.

My question is once I set up SSRS in SharePoint integrated mode, does this mean that the only way I can access reports is from a SharePoint site? Will I still be able to access my reports like I do today via http://<serverName:port/ReportManager>?

If possible, I would like to access the reports from both sites.
