Ability for SSRS End Users to Change their Active Directory Account Passwords?

I have a client with SSRS 2005 deployed where end users access the reporting server over the Internet and authenticate against Active Directory via Basic Authentication (over an SSL connection). I can't find a way to enable these end users to change their own passwords (when they expire or whenever), so I'm wondering if that's even possible in this scenario involving SSRS 2005.

I'm also curious to learn if newer versions such as SSRS 2012 or SSRS 2014 can do this if SSRS 2005 can not for some technical reason.
