En error occurred during local report processing. A privilege that the service requires to function properly does not exist in the service account configuration. HRESULT 0x80070511

A user is getting the following error when trying to produce a report using SQL Reporting Services with local processing. This error does not happen on other machines even when logged-in as the same user.

Any ideas? I cannot seem to find out what exactly HRESULT 0x80070511 means.
