Missing OK Button WM6.5

Converting a CE5 app to WM6.5 and had to set the Window State  to Normal to even see the title bar.  Deploying to a real device and I see the title in the ControlBox but instead of the OK button that I see in design mode I see the time and other status icons.  I need to be able to basically close the entire app from this page but I need what used to be the X in the right corner or its eguivalent (OK).

What am I missing?
