Can anyone tell me if there is a long term plan for Reporting Services and report builder? We are on Report Builder 3.0, but this was more of a minor update from 2.0 (which is quite old now). SQL 2012 did not introduce any new functionality, and our business users are asking us when the next version will be released. They are comparing SSRS to other reporting tools on the market; and it is looking less and less favourable, and I have not seen any updated planned in the future.
