I have configured SQL 2012 SSRS SP1 on my sharepoint 2013 farm.
In my central admin when I click on manage service applications -> SSRS -> System settings.
I get an error
The requested service, 'http:// sp2013vm15 :32843/9afcb121abc341479186720db5257886/ReportingWebService.svc' could not be activated. See the server's diagnostic trace logs for more information.
I have already seen this link
http: // prologika.com/CS/blogs/blog/archive/2012/03/15/can-t-activate-reporting-services-service-in-sharepoint.aspx
but this does not help because for my the SSRS web application pool already has 32 bit application as off.
I can see this in the ULS event log
