SSRS Reports has stopped working when location override is set to true and trust level is changed to high

Hi,

SSRS Reports has stopped working on when we change the following settings,

under systemroot\Microsoft .NET\Framework\versionNumber\CONFIG\Web.Config 

<location allowOverride="true"> to  <location allowOverride="false">
<trust level="Full" originUrl="" /> to <trust level="High" originUrl="" />

 please help us to get some solution.
