How to Acess Parameters in SSRS in this scenario?

Hi,

In Mysql SP have Three parameters(dt_start,dt_end,Tl_id),

Actually my Output like below screen

See,Actually My SP have team id at back end

Front end will displays Team leader names.

How can i achieve this?

Can anyone plz tell me the steps?
