conditional Drill down option

is there a way to drill down the report based on the row count under a group.

I have a requirement where i need to get the drill down option, based on Row count under the group.

the following data i am grouping by Datasource ID.

when there is no details under that group it displays only details of the Group[datasource]

when there is details under the group it displays those details along with Group details.

i want to have a drill down button when there is some data under the Group.

Please help me with your suggestions.
