SSRS- Report Builder 3.0

I have made a shared Data source using Oracle but I do not want that any SSRS user will create a new data set.I want that user will use only my shared dataset.

I want to disable 

"Use a dataset embedded in my report"

radio button in report builder.

Please help and suggest ,How it can be done?
