Use RS.exe to copy reports to another instance

I would like to get a list of globavars to determine how i would go about copying some of a list of 800 reports from one ssrs instance to another -

I do not want to copy all but some of the reports and maintain the current folder structure using a native tool (no freeware, third party stuff)..

Can anyone help?
