Prevent users from creating calculations in report builder

Hi 

Is there any way to "turn off" the functionality to create calculated fields?

i.e we just want users to create reports with columns and measures in the database/cube/dataset and not create there own logic/calulations. So just using RS "strictly" as a presentation layer!!!!!
