Getting permissions User Account Control error on one machine but not on another

I am getting thie error

User 'xxxxx' does not have required permissions. Verify that
sufficient permissions have been granted and Windows User Account Control (UAC)
restrictions have been addressed.

On my Serever machine, SQLServer 2012, I am admin of both, yet when I trty to loadhttp://MyMachine/Reports I get the error above.

I have a second machine I can remote into, same domain user accouint login, and from that machine I have no problem accessing the Report Server. 

I am set up to use domain authetication.  One both machines I am logged in using the same domain user account.  On the machine with the error I can fully acces and admin the SQL and Report Servers through the Management Console so we cannot figure out what is different.  Any ideas on what could be set wrong and where?
