Report UI Discrepency, When Row Headers are fixed.

Hi All,

I Have a report, deployed on sharepoint. Of which column and row headers are fixed. But when I try to scroll Horizontally. Fixed columns Gets Re sized and get expanded with respect to other columns as below  (Val1 - Val 4 are fixed)

Could any one help me out (I have removed data, hence look bit bad)
